Eureka Labs was founded in 2017, led by entrepreneurs with a rich and diverse background in service companies, SaaS, and marketplaces. It began as a small project: a few people knocking on doors and gathering talent from past ventures. There were no guarantees of success, but we had a clear motivation: to channel everything we had learned from previous projects and transform it into a service that helps others grow.

Over the years, we have continuously added new partners and teams to our portfolio. We built a company with solid growth partners, an incredible team, a deeply human culture, and a strong reputation rooted in the quality of our work. Our delivery model and the human character of our teams have allowed us to sustain close, long-lasting relationships with our growth partners.

It is with great pride and enthusiasm that we announce a major milestone in our history. As of today, Eureka Labs is becoming part of Jobsity, a company also founded by Latin American entrepreneurs that has spent 15 years serving the U.S. market with staffing and technology solutions.

We were fortunate to be in a position where we could choose the right path carefully, and from the very beginning, this combination simply felt right.

From Connection to Integration

The foundation for this integration began during an Endeavor retreat in Austin, Texas, which we were proud to sponsor. It was an event where the human element mattered as much as the corporate one, and where deep connections were formed.

As we noted on our blog at the time:

And transformative they were indeed. It was in that context that part of our leadership team met Andres Garzon, CEO of Jobsity. Similar perspectives and shared values laid the groundwork for what today represents Jobsity’s first acquisition and an exciting milestone for Eureka Labs.

At that retreat, one question kept surfacing: why don’t founder-led companies with shared values join forces to build something bigger? Years later, that conversation has become a reality.
