Who We Are

Eureka Labs is a nearshore product studio that builds embedded engineering and product teams for North American technology companies. Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Argentina, we work with companies that have already tried outsourcing and found it lacking.

Our teams embed directly into our growth partners' organizations. We take full ownership of team performance, continuity, and outcomes, so engineering velocity scales without adding operational complexity.

Where We Come From

Our leadership team built and scaled technology companies from the ground up. Two of those ventures were acquired, one by eBay, one by Naspers (Prosus). That track record shapes the way we build teams today: with a product-first orientation, a bias toward ownership, and genuine respect for the business our growth partners are trying to build.

We founded Eureka Labs in 2017 because we had seen, firsthand, how traditional outsourcing models fail. Vendors deliver tickets. They rotate talent. They hand the operational burden back to the client and disconnect from outcomes. We built a different model.

The Problem We Solve

Companies are right to be skeptical of outsourcing partners. Most vendors ship tickets without thinking about the product.

Without a robust delivery model, vendors cannot absorb the operational complexity that comes with running an engineering team, so it gets transferred back to the client: high rotation, lost institutional knowledge, onboarding cycles on repeat. The client ends up micromanaging a team they hired specifically to avoid managing. And this happens even with senior talent, because seniority alone doesn't replace structure.

We start where other vendors stop. Our teams are purpose-built for each engagement, not assigned from a bench. Every profile is selected manually, aligned to the growth partner's culture, business context, and technical needs. These are senior professionals with deep product expertise who understand the business, challenge assumptions, and hold themselves accountable for the quality of what they build.
