That’s why every year, we bring the team together at our headquarters in Córdoba, Argentina, for an event we like to call Eureka Week: a few action-packed days where our people-first culture is front and center. You may think of it as an annual corporate retreat, but this event is not just about brainstorming and meetings. It’s an opportunity to truly connect, fuel our shared mission to deliver exceptional results for our growth partners, and have some fun while doing it!

Why Face-to-Face Still Matters in a Remote-First World

We consider ourselves a team of believers and builders: we have the mindset and the skills to turn bold ideas into real action. We dream big, and we build even bigger!

One of the things we believe in is long-distance relationships, whether it’s in love stories or work collaborations. Embracing a remote-first approach, we enable our talent to focus only on what they do best, free from the pressure of mandatory daily office commutes. Whether they prefer a hybrid setup or they work exclusively from home, our teams have the freedom to choose the work environment they need to thrive each day. And the truth is, the multi-location model works like a charm: our remote teams across Argentina and beyond collaborate seamlessly to build top-tier solutions for our growth partners.

But—call us romantics—we think there’s a unique magic in spending a few days face-to-face each year to spark real connections, reinforce trust, and drive our quest for excellence.

In that sense, Eureka Week gives us the chance to take the digital bonds we create and strengthen them in real life. This is more than just shaking hands; it’s about creating a space where innovation thrives, and where teammates, no matter their role, feel seen, heard, and valued.

Between bringing the entire team to Córdoba, planning all the activities, getting the logistics right, and making sure the company still runs smoothly—isn’t it a lot? Yes, it is. Couldn’t we just do it over a company-wide video call? Yes, we could, but we choose not to. Why? Because to us, every hour spent, every resource invested, and every mile traveled is worth it. And this is not our romantic side talking. We speak from experience when we say that holding this event pays off.

Eureka Week has been going strong for four years now (which, let’s be honest, is practically a lifetime in tech years!). Over that time, we’ve seen firsthand how these in-person gatherings lead to tangible, lasting rewards, and this year's remarkable 96% retention rate stands as proof. We’re proud to say that our strategies to retain top talent have fostered a healthy, engaged workforce that finds Eureka Labs a place where their skills and background are truly valued, and where they’re empowered to grow professionally and advance their careers.

Balancing Work and Fun: Eureka Week's Secret Sauce

We live and work by the motto “Think. Build. Enjoy”, and they’re not just empty words that sound good (although they do sound good, right?). Over the years, we’ve mastered the art of balancing joy with productivity. We’re a community with a bias toward action and getting things done, but we never turn down a reason to celebrate and appreciate all that we’ve accomplished. And that’s what the motto stands for.

We believe Eureka Week is a perfect example of how those 3 concepts work in practice. Here are some of the activities that were featured in this year's event:

  • THINK | We engaged in brainstorming sessions, cross-company discussions, and strategic conversations to tackle current challenges and prepare us for the road ahead.

  • BUILD | We also carried out MVP development sessions and team-building activities focused on collaboration and shared success.

  • ENJOY | Our sunset closing event was a great opportunity to relax and keep getting to know one another, both on and off the dancefloor.

And we did all this without missing a beat when it came to our day-to-day goals and delivering for our growth partners during Eureka Week.

  • 76 attendees, including 27 first-timers
  • +45,000 miles covered to bring us all together!
  • 6 interactive sessions where we shared, learned, and grew together
  • 8 team-building challenges that had everyone laughing and connecting
  • 22 cups of coffee per person on average to keep us going!
  • More than 65 costumes and countless spooky candy to celebrate Halloween
  • 15 different cuisines enjoyed during our meals together
  • ≅ 2,272 hellos exchanged
  • ≅ 12,600 seconds of music and dancing
  • And let’s not forget our eNPS of 66, a testament to how much our team values Eureka Labs!

The Bottom Line: It’s All About Growth

Like we said, this was the fourth edition of Eureka Week, and it has become a tradition we’re incredibly proud of. The event is now part of our identity, a cornerstone of our people-first culture, evolving right alongside us. It’s where trust is built, ideas are born, and friendships are cultivated.

As we continue to expand and take on new challenges, Eureka Week is a reflection of who we are as a growth partner.
